Iro Ntaga, Ms. born in 1992, is a Physicist by training, and currently a Master Student at the Department of Primary Education at the University of Ioannina.
Training: Iro obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Physics at the University of Patras (completed in February 2021). After that she enrolled in the MSc in Science Education and Learning Technologies in the Department of Primary Education at the University of Ioannina. Her Master Thesis is entitled “Cognitive function in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes: a systematic review and a meta-analysis” and is conducted under the supervision of Prof. Dimitris Mavridis.
Research interests: Her research interests are in evidence synthesis and biostatistics in general, emphasizing on developing models meta-analysis and network meta-analysis.
